Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. You wont be able to book another appointment until this fee is paid.

There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will have to either be cut short or will be canceled.
